At FlowJuice AI, we strive to provide high-quality, reliable services to all our customers. This Fair Usage Policy ("FUP") is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our subscriptions, ensuring that all customers receive optimal performance and experience.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all FlowJuice AI services, including but not limited to AI agents, automated workflows, messaging limits (WhatsApp, SMS, Email), and API usage.

3. Normal Business Usage

Our "unlimited" or high-volume plans are intended for normal business operations. Usage that significantly exceeds the typical usage patterns of our customer base may be considered a violation of this FUP.

4. AI Processing Limits

While we offer generous AI processing capabilities, extreme usage that impacts our infrastructure or other customers' experience is prohibited. This includes using automated scripts to artificially inflate AI interactions.

5. Messaging Limits

Broadcasts and automated messaging must comply with anti-spam laws and platform guidelines (e.g., WhatsApp Business Policy). Sending unsolicited messages, spam, or exceeding platform rate limits is strictly prohibited.

6. Violations

If we determine that your usage violates this FUP, we may take action, including:

• Notifying you of the excessive usage
• Temporarily throttling or restricting your service
• Requiring you to upgrade to a custom enterprise plan
• Suspending or terminating your account in severe cases
